The 2018 Lost Rivers Grazing Academy will be held September 11-14 in beautiful Salmon, Idaho. This is a great class for anyone interested in learning more about management-intensive grazing of irrigated pastures. The program is a good mix of classroom and hands-on activities. It is taught by UI Extension faculty along with featured speaker Jim Gerrish from American Grazing Lands Services. Jim has a lifetime of experience as a researcher, practitioner, and consultant on livestock grazing. Attached is a registration brochure with additional information. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me. We hope to see you there!
